The Jurmala Beach Bike Cruise is the perfect tour for combining an exploration of Riga’s history and architecture with a fun and relaxing visit to the most popular beach in Latvia. Starting in the Old Town, we’ll pass through a number of different districts, from the old wooden parts of the city, past rows of Soviet block apartments into the countryside, through forests, fields, and villages until we reach Jurmala.
Once there, we’ll ride along the beautiful streets, past the grand wooden architecture and modern mansions, and through the beachside forests before hitting the beautiful beaches. After taking a dip in the sea we can stop somewhere to lunch or continue riding. If you are too tired to make the ride home, it is also possible to take the bikes on a train back to Riga.
