For anyone who remembers the Los Angeles Olympics opening/closing ceremonies, you can now live out your dreams on the Daugava River in central Riga. Just like the NASA version the Water Jet Pack allows moves such as take-off, landing, elevation control, turning, and hovering.
For those who learn fast, you can also try the dolphin maneuver which entails diving head-first into the water and then shooting straight back up through the surface at spectacular speed!
